Refund Policy

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Health and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email.
We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days,
and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
