Refund Policy

 Digital Products

Thank you for shopping at Royal Reality. All items we sell are digital products (eBooks and downloadable guides) delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions: We will issue a full refund if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge).
- The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product described.

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.
