Refund Policy

At Royal Reality, we want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please review our refund and return policy carefully.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in reasonable condition
  • The return request must be approved by our support team
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
  • Orders returned without prior approval

2. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and issued to the original payment method.

⚠️ Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your smartwatch arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Lost, Delayed, or Refused Orders

  • If your order is delayed, please allow the full estimated delivery timeframe (10–21 business days) before contacting us
  • If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund
  • Orders that are refused upon delivery or returned due to incorrect address information are not eligible for a refund
