 How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery takes 7–14 business days depending on your location.

 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

 Will I have to pay customs fees?
In some cases, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.

 Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

 What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue quickly.

 Can I return my order?
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.

 Are your products identical?
No. Each piece is handmade from natural olive wood, so slight variations in color and grain are normal and part of the product’s uniqueness.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processed.
